Dear Gil, Jerry and I wanted to thank you for ever ything you did for us. We love the new home and appreciate your personal touch. We have sold two houses before and have never felt happy with the service we received. Price is one thing the extra eff ort you put in did not go unnoticed. Everything you told us helped us get the house ready and we could not believe how quickly it sold. We wanted to let you know that we really appreciate your honest and direct canter. Zach and Emma are still asking when they can see you again. Th ank you for your patience and time with them. It was awesome having a Realtor who seemed like family.
